Vacancy 37. If the post of a Member of the Authority becomes vacant, it shall be filled as soon as practicable. 38. A newly appointed Member of the Authority shall assume office immediately after the term of office of the outgoing Member comes to an end. The sitting fees and other allowances payable to the Chairperson and the Members of the Authority shall be as approved by the Munistry of Finance.
