530 Interception of Communications [No. 25 agency or agencies that shall be authorised to carry out such interception. (2) Notwithstanding the exceptions stipulated in subsection (1), all other provisions outlined in this Act shall apply to the interception of communications, protected information, or traffic data in the Central Prison and other detention facilities in Belize. Protection for acts done in good faith. Commencement. 33. An authorised officer shall not be liable for any acts done by him in good faith pursuant to the provisions of this Act. 34.
