provide for the disclosure of intercepted
communication; or
(c)
provide for the storage and destruction of
intercepted communication.
30. The Chief Justice may prescribe a code of conduct for
authorised officers and shall include a requirement for
Code of
Conduct.
manual and electronic records, in the case of electronic
lawful interception equipment, to be kept by every agency
authorised to conduct lawful interception activities under
this Act.
31. A person shall not disclose any information obtained
under this Act, except:
(a)
as permitted by the Act;
(b)
inconnection with the performance of his duties;

(c)
where the Attorney-General advises that the dis-
closure be made to a foreign Government or
agency of a foreign Government where there
exists between Belize and that foreign Government an agreement for the mutual exchange of that
kind of information and the Attorney-General
considers it to be in the public interest that such
disclosure be made.
32. (1) The interception of communications, protected
information, or traffic data from any person or
communication equipment situated within the boundaries of
the Central Prison or any other detention facility throughout
the country of Belize may be carried out without the
requirement of an interception direction or disclosure
order, as otherwise stipulated under this Act, subject to the
consent of the Council which shall indicate in writing the
Interception in
prisons.
