31 Section 4 OUR NATIONAL RESPONSE Our goals for the country’s cyber security over the next five years are rightly ambitious. To achieve them will require us to act with consequence and determination across the digital landscape. Activity to deliver the Government’s vision will advance the three primary objectives of the strategy: to DEFEND our cyberspace, to DETER our adversaries and to DEVELOP our capabilities, all underpinned by effective INTERNATIONAL ACTION.
