Bhutan e-Government Master Plan The e-Government Policy will be developed to cover four broad areas: 1) Connectivity a) Provide backbone ICT infrastructure and facilitate the roll out of services to areas which are commercially not viable and that might not otherwise be served through the operation of market forces. b) Provide affordable ICT access at entry levels for the people of Bhutan.
