Task no. 1.5. 1.6. Task Create a framework for cyber security management during states of emergency, martial law, hostilities and war. Create an inter-departmental/multi-departmental budget program titled “Protection of the Cyberspace of the Slovak Republic”. Method of implementation the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic. Establish a unit in its material area and build out its capabilities. Secure the establishment and performance of activities by the section designed to respond to CERT/CSIRT-type incidents or secure these activities by utilising existing sections/units active in the material area of another competent authority in accordance with the provisions of the Cyber Security Act. Propose the institutional management of cyber security during states of emergency, martial law, hostilities and war. Propose a contingency plan for the transfer of responsibility for the management of cyber security during peacetime, states of emergency, martial law, hostilities and war under Constitutional Act No. 227/2002 Coll. Submit the multi-departmental budget program titled “Protection of the Cyberspace of the Slovak Republic” to the Slovak government for approval.
