thereafter, the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight

Board shall submit to Congress and the President a
5
report providing—
6
(A) an assessment of the effect on privacy
7
and civil liberties by the type of activities car-
8
ried out under this title; and
9
(B) an assessment of the sufficiency of the
10
policies, procedures, and guidelines established
11
pursuant to section 105 in addressing concerns
12
relating to privacy and civil liberties.

after the date of the enactment of this Act and

thereafter, the Inspector General of the Depart-

ment of Homeland Security, the Inspector Gen-
20
eral of the Intelligence Community, the Inspec-
21
tor General of the Department of Justice, the
22
Inspector General of the Department of De-
23
fense, and the Inspector General of the Depart-
24
ment of Energy shall, in consultation with the
25
Council of Inspectors General on Financial
