ON ADOPTING THE NATIONAL CYBERSECURITY
STRATEGY AND ITS ACTION PLAN 2020-2025
According to Article 100 of the Constitution upon the proposal of the Deputy Prime
Minister, the Council of Ministers
DECIDED:
1. To adopt the National Cybersecurity Strategy and its Action Plan 2020–2025, according
to the text herein attached, which is its constituent part.
2. The National Electronic Certification and Cybersecurity Authority, the ministries, and
other institutions responsible as provided in the strategy and the action plan shall be charged
with the implementation of this decision.
This decision shall enter into force upon publication in the Official Gazette.
