8. BODIES RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STRATEGY 8.1. Supervisory body for the implementation of the Strategy The Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina and all other institutions will be responsible for the implementation of the Strategy. At the proposal of the BiH Ministry of Security, a supervisory body for the implementation of the Strategy and Action Plans of the institutions and agencies, envisaged by the Strategy, will be formed within three months after the adoption of the Strategy. This body will be appointed by the decision of the BiH Council of Ministers and will comprise representatives of the BiH Ministry of Security, SIPA, BiH Border Police, RS Ministry of Internal Affairs, Federation Ministry of Internal Affairs, Brčko District Police. The supervisory body shall report on the implementation of the Strategy and Action Plans to the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Body shall adopt its book of rules, while other rights and duties will be a subject of a special regulation. 8.2.
