Tuvalu Telecommunications Corporation Act CAP. 35.05 Section 1   TUVALU TELECOMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION ACT AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT, INCORPORATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE TUVALU TELECOMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION AND FOR CONNECTED PURPOSES1 Commencement [1st February 1994]2 PART I - PRELIMINARY 1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Tuvalu Telecommunications Corporation Act. 2 Interpretation In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires — “Board” means the Board of Directors of the Tuvalu Telecommunications Corporation established under subsection (1) of section 11 of this Act; “Chairman” means the Chairman of the Board appointed under subsection (1) of section 12 of this Act; “Corporation” means the Tuvalu Telecommunications established under subsection (1) of section 4 of this Act; Corporation “Deputy Chairman” means the Deputy Chairman of the Board appointed under subsection (1) of section 14 of this Act; “Director” means a Director of the Board;
