“subscriber information” means
any information contained in
the form of electronic data or any other form that is held
by a service provider, relating to subscribers of its services
and by which can be establishedthe
(a)
type
of communication
technical
provisions
taken
service
and
the
used,
the
period
of
service;
(b)
the subscriber’s
address,
identity,
telephone
and
postal
other
or geographic
access
number,
billing and payment information, available on the
basis of the service agreement or arrangement;
(c)
any
other
information
installation
of
on
the
communication
site
of
the
equipment,
available on the basis of the service agreement or
arrangement;
“security
measure”
encryption
includes
codes,
passwords,
hardware
and
access
software
codes
and
programme
configuration and update settings, and other controls to
detect or prevent any cybercrime offence;
“traffic data” means electronic data that—
(a)
relates to a communication by means of a computer
system;
(b)
is generated by a computer system that is part of a
chain of communication; and
(c)
shows
the
communication’s
origin,
destination,
route, time, date, size, geographic location, duration
or the type of underlying services.
