In any criminal proceeding under this Act or any other law — (a) any electronic data or traffic data, generated, retrieved or reproduced from a computer system or from an electronic data storage medium, and whether in electronic or printed form; or (b) any computer system or electronic data storage medium, acquired in respect of any offence, shall be admissible as evidence.
