An Act
To provide for an ongoing, voluntary public-private partnership to improve cybersecurity, and to strengthen cybersecurity research and development, workforce development and education, and public awareness and preparedness, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.
(a) SHORT TITLE.—This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Cybersecurity
Enhancement Act of 2014’’.

SEC. 2. DEFINITIONS.
In this Act:
(1) CYBERSECURITY MISSION.—The term ‘‘cybersecurity mission’’ means activities that encompass the full range of threat
