[Published 7th June 2017, Official Gazette No. 31 of 2018.] BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the National Assembly of Saint Christopher and Nevis and by the authority of the same as follows: PART 1 PRELIMINARY 1. Short title and commencement. (1) This Act may be cited as the Freedom of Information Act, 2018. (2) This Act shall come into force on a day to be fixed by the Minister by Order published in the Gazette. 2. Interpretation. In this Act “Commissioner” means the Information Commissioner, appointed pursuant to ...................................
