The National Security Strategy is a dynamic document and its constant improvement and adaptation is a permanent task of the highest competent state authorities. Support of the public and social institutions is an essential prerequisite for achieving a high degree of mobility of resources available and coordination of work of the state institutions in order to achieve strategic goals of the national security policy, and thus the precondition for the effectiveness of this strategy and all derived strategic documents. 38
