Assembly/AU/Dec.676(XXX) Page 1 DECISION ON THE LEGAL INSTRUMENTS The Assembly, 1. TAKES NOTE of the recommendations of the Executive Council for the consideration and adoption of the Draft Legal Instruments; 2. ADOPTS the Legal Instruments as follows: 3. a) Statute of the Trust Fund for victims of Hissene Habre crimes; b) Amendment to Articles 10 and 14 of the Statutes of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council of the African Union (ECOSOCC); c) Statute of the African Institute for Remittances; d) Institutional and Regulatory Texts of the Yamoussoukro Decision; e) Protocol to the Treaty Establishing the African Economic Community relating to Free Movement of Persons, Rights of Residence and Right of Establishment and its Implementation Roadmap; f) African Union Model Law for the implementation of the African Union Convention for the Protection of and Assistance to Internally Displaced Persons in Africa; g) Protocol to the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights on the Rights of Persons with Disability in Africa; h) Statute of the African Space Agency.
