On CBMs, we are happy with this part on zero draft, especially on measures to strengthening the transparency of state practices in norms implementation and the application of international law in cyberspace. In this case, we would like to extend our support to the inclusion of voluntary national surveys initiatives on our final report, as mentioned by South Africa. 11. We are also of the view that the report should underline the need to strengthen understanding, awareness and engagement related to cybersecurity and ICT in the context of international security of all UN member countries, especially those regions and sub-regions where ICT and technical capabilities are still lacking or where they are yet to partake in this discourse. 12. We also see the need for the report to mention that capacity building in cybersecurity should not aim at non-peaceful purposes or support any threats to the security and sovereignty of other countries. 13. We will provide our intervention in writing, and look forward to engaging constructively in the upcoming negotiation process. Thank you.
