Bangladesh Telecommunication Act, 2001 (Act No. 18 of 2001), the Government is
pleased to publish herewith the English translation of the Act, which shall be
deemed to be the Authentic English Text thereof.
2.
In case of any conflict between the Act (i.e. Bangla Text) and the Authentic
English Text, the Act shall prevail.
