The ESCWA Cyber Legislation Digest ACKNOLWEDGEMENTS This digest summarizes the ESCWA activities between 2007 and 2012 in the area of cyber legislation. It is published by the Information Communication Technology Division at the United Nations and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) within the framework of its project “Regional Harmonization of Cyber Legislation to build Knowledge Society in the Arab World”.
