Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on approving the “State Program on the implementation of the National Strategy for Information Society Development in Azerbaijan for 2016-2020 years”. Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows: 1. To approve the “State Program on the implementation of the National Strategy for Information Society Development in Azerbaijan for 2016-2020 years”. 2. The Ministry of Communications and High Technologies the Republic of Azerbaijan shall coordinate the implementation of measures, envisaged in the State Program approved in Part 1 of this Order. 3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall take necessary measures to resolve issues arising from this Order.
