Interception of Communications
and
being
used
by
the
customer
in the
ordinary course of his business;
(b)
furnished by a customer for connection to the
facilities of a communication service and
being used by the customer in the ordinary
course of business; or
(c)
being used by a communication provider in
the ordinary course of business;
“interception direction” means an interception direction
issued pursuant to section 6;
“Judge” means a Judge of the Supreme Court;
“key”
in relation to electronic data, means
a key, code,
password, algorithm or other data the use of which, (with
or without keys):
(a)
allow access to the electronic data; or
(6)
facilitates the putting of the electronic data
into an intelligible form;
“listed equipment” means:
(a)
(6)
any equipment declared to be listed equipment
pursuant to section 23; or
a component of equipment
paragraph (a);
referred to in
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for the Police;
“Police Department” means the Belize Police Department
