Lastly, as a non-member of the Group of Governmental Experts, Switzerland is interested in the reports issued by this Group. In this regard, we support, in particular, the request to continue to study, among others, how international law, including the Charter of the United Nations and human rights and international humanitarian law, applies to the use of ICTs. Bilaterally, Switzerland holds regular political consultations with countries on cyber-related issues.
