Amendment to the heading of Part V of No.2 of 1998. 13. The heading to Part V of the principal Act is amended by inserting the words "and courier" immediately after the word "postal". Amendment of section 46D of No. 2 of 1998 14.Section 46A of the principal Act is amended by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph (h)— "(i) administering the broadcasting content aspect of this Act; (j) developing media standards; and (k) regulating and monitoring compliance with those standards". Section 46D of the principal Act is amended in subsection (1) by— (a) inserting the following new immediately after paragraph (c) — paragraph "(d) a public officer or a stale officer" (b) renumbering paragraph (d) as paragraph (e).
