The Fourth Schedule to the principal Act is amended— (a) by deleting paragraph 6; (b) in paragraph 9, by deleting the words "one half of the" and substituting therefor the word "six"; (c) inserting a new paragraph immediately after paragraph 1 las follows— "12. The Council shall submit to the Board a report on the discharge of its functions on a quarterly basis". Amendment of the Fifth Schedule to No.2 of 1998. 45. The Fifth Schedule to the principal Act is amended 1n(a) paragraph 3(a) by deleting the words "six months" and substituting therefor the words "twelve months"; (b) paragraph 3(b) by deleting the words "six months" and substituting therefor the words "one year".
