A mid-term and full review will be conducted. As such, an independent stakeholder will be commissioned to undertake the mid-term and long- term review of the strategy to determine the short and long-term impact and outcomes of the strategy based on annual reviews, and if necessary effect remedial actions following the mid-term review to keep implementation on track. The mid-term review will be undertaken at the end of 3rd Quarter of Year 3 of the Strategy and the long term review at the end of the 5th year. 28
