1.6 Review, prioritise and interlink strategy and planning documents as well as the implementing mechanisms in the areas of national security and defence and the socio-economic development of the country. 1.7 Prepare and implement a communication system for the purpose of managing the national security system, including state defence management. 1.8 Ensure, within the framework of a comprehensive and integrated national security system, at all levels of government and localgovernment administration, the coherence of civil and defence planning, as well as the possibility of selective implementation of tasks, as needed. The Act on National Security Management will be developed to implement the above-listed measures. 14
