SEC. 109. REPORT ON CYBERSECURITY THREATS.
(a) REPORT REQUIRED.—Not later than 180 days
8 after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director
9 of National Intelligence, in coordination with the heads of
10 other appropriate elements of the intelligence community,
11 shall submit to the Select Committee on Intelligence of
12 the Senate and the Permanent Select Committee on Intel13 ligence of the House of Representatives a report on cyber14 security threats, including cyber attacks, theft, and data
15 breaches.

(b) CONTENTS.—The report required by subsection
17 (a) shall include the following:

(1) An assessment of the current intelligence
19
sharing and cooperation relationships of the United
20
States with other countries regarding cybersecurity
21
threats, including cyber attacks, theft, and data
22
breaches, directed against the United States and
23
which threaten the United States national security
24
interests and economy and intellectual property, spe-
25
cifically identifying the relative utility of such rela-
