(A) An assessment of the sufficiency of the

policies, procedures, and guidelines required by
3
section 105 in ensuring that cyber threat indi-
4
cators are shared effectively and responsibly
5
within the Federal Government.

(B) An evaluation of the effectiveness of
7
real-time information sharing through the capa-
8
bility and process developed under section
9
105(c), including any impediments to such real-
10
time sharing.

(C) An assessment of the sufficiency of the
12
procedures developed under section 103 in en-
13
suring that cyber threat indicators in the pos-
14
session of the Federal Government are shared
15
in a timely and adequate manner with appro-
16
priate entities, or, if appropriate, are made pub-
17
licly available.

(D) An assessment of whether cyber threat
19
indicators have been properly classified and an
20
accounting of the number of security clearances
21
authorized by the Federal Government for the
22
purposes of this title.

(E) A review of the type of cyber threat in-
24
dicators shared with the appropriate Federal
25
entities under this title, including the following:
