(F) include steps that may be needed so

that dissemination of cyber threat indicators is
3
consistent with the protection of classified and
4
other sensitive national security information.

(c) CAPABILITY AND PROCESS WITHIN THE DEPART-
6
MENT OF
7
HOMELAND SECURITY.—
(1) IN
GENERAL.—Not
later than 90 days after
8
the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary
9
of Homeland Security, in coordination with the
10
heads of the appropriate Federal entities, shall de-
11
velop and implement a capability and process within
12
the Department of Homeland Security that—
13
(A) shall accept from any entity in real
14
time cyber threat indicators and defensive
15
measures, pursuant to this section;
16
(B) shall, upon submittal of the certifi-
17
cation under paragraph (2) that such capability
18
and process fully and effectively operates as de-
19
scribed in such paragraph, be the process by
20
which the Federal Government receives cyber
21
threat indicators and defensive measures under
22
this title that are shared by a private entity
23
with the Federal Government through electronic
24
mail or media, an interactive form on an Inter-
