the authorise officer suspects, on reasonable grounds, that the
person has any evidential material in the his or her possession.
If an authorised officer seizes a data storage medium, a computer network,
a computer system, equipment, device or other items under subsection (1),
the authorised officer:

the possession of data may constitute an offence.
Access to seized data

Subject to subsection (2), on request, a police officer executing a computer
warrant may:
(a)
allow a person who had the custody or control of the data storage
medium, computer network or computer system, or someone acting
on the person’s behalf, to access and copy of the data; or
(b)
give that person a copy of that data held in the computer system.
The police officer may refuse to give access to, or provide copies of data
held in a data storage medium, computer network or computer system, if
the police officer believes on reasonable grounds that giving the access or
providing the copies may:
(a)
constitute an offence under this Act or any other Act; or
