Official into force, lead by an appropriate person at the Union level in order to carry out the functions and duties contained in this Law regarding Telecommunications Services. 87. The Ministry may, if necessary to clarify interpretation of any technical expression related to telecommunications contained in this Law, clarify by issuing notification. 88. In implementing the provisions of this Law: (a) the Ministry may, with the approval of the Union Government, issue necessary rules, regulations and by-laws as may be necessary; (b) the Ministry may issue notifications, orders, directives and procedures and the Department may issue orders and directives as may be necessary. 89. The following laws are hereby repealed by this Law: (a) The Myanmar Telegraph Act, 1885. (b) The Myanmar Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1934.
