RCMP Cybercrime Operational Framework
The RCMP Cybercrime Operational Framework is designed to capture the RCMP’s vision, pillars,
objectives and strategic enablers to combat cybercrime, which cascade throughout the action plan in
the next section. The framework and action plan centre on core policing operations in the cyber realm,
and equipping the RCMP with the right people, skills and tools in a digital era.
