“access point” means a specific point, inside or outside the building,
accessible to undertakings duly licenced in accordance with the provisions of
this Law or that have the right to provide public communications networks
pursuant to any relevant Law, through which connection to the in-building
high-speed physical infrastructure is ensured.

“access points” means the physical facilities, including, inter alia, letter
boxes provided for the public either on the public
highway or at the
premises of the postal service providers, where postal items may be
deposited with the postal network by senders

conformity assessment body meets the requirements set by harmonised
standards and, where applicable any additional requirements including those
set out in relevant sectoral schemes to carry out a specific conformity

“Advisory Committee” means the Advisory Committee of Electronic
Communications and Posts, established under paragraph (a) of subsection (1)
of Section 32 of this Law.
“apparatus” means any equipment that is either radio equipment or
electronic communications terminal equipment, or both;

“Application Programme Interface” or “API” means the software
interfaces between applications made available by broadcasters or service
providers, and the resources in the enhanced digital television equipment for
digital television and radio services;
