Summary

The Initiative underscore that all parties should step up dialogue and cooperation on the basis of mutual respect, and join hands to forge a community with a shared future in cyberspace featuring peace, security, openness, cooperation and order. To achieve this goal, the Initiative proposes in total eight commitments on data security.
The Chinese government calls on all States to support this initiative, and confirm the proposed commitments through bilateral, regional and international agreements. China also welcomes global ICT companies to support this initiative.
