  • Advising body for the Prime Minister, the government and its committees through national policy recommendations;
  • Mandated to formulate and promote the implementation of a comprehensive and formal cyber strategy, to articulate and lead national cyber policy;
  • Charged with improving the defence of critical national infrastructures from cyber attack;
  • Worked to promote the national capability in cyberspace and improve Israel’s preparedness in dealing with the current and future challenges in cyberspace
