I. Introduction 1. Direction for Establishing the Cybersecurity Policy in cyberattacks, are also becoming more widely used. Ahead of the Olympic and Paralympic games to be held in Tokyo in 2020 (the "Olympic and Paralympic games"), risks surrounding CI may be increasing. Therefore, this Cybersecurity Policy specifies priorities and aims to enhance and improve measures in each key policy. 2

- Encourage CI operators to assume responsibility for cyber protection; and
- Encourage CI operators to coordinate across sectors and agencies.
