[18th July, 2005] 2005-4. 2005/86. PART I PRELIMINARY 1. This Act may be cited as the Computer Misuse Act. Short title. 2. This Act applies to an act done or an omission made Application. (a) in Barbados; (b) on a ship or aircraft registered in Barbados; or (c) by a national of Barbados outside the territory of Barbados, if the person's conduct would also constitute an offence under the law of a country where the offence was committed. 3. (1) In this Act Interpretation.
