This Act shall be designated: Personal Data Protection Act (Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens) . It is hereby ordered that this Act shall be published in the Official Gazette and that all ministries, authorities, bodies and officials whom it may concern shall ensure that it is implemented scrupulously.
