Governments will work towards providing an appropriate level of protection to emergency management and critical infrastructure information based on sensitivity. A common informationsharing protocol to support the sharing of information provided in confidence will be developed through a collaborative approach, including all levels of government. In addition, federal, provincial and territorial governments are encouraged to collaborate to share best practices on information protection. The end result of these efforts will be the development of a more coherent approach to information sharing and information protection in Canada. 5. Review Federal, provincial and territorial governments will work together to monitor the implementation of the Strategy and support the assessment of programs and activities targeted at enhancing the resiliency of critical infrastructure in Canada. It is expected that the collaborative approach established in the Strategy will remain evergreen and strengthen coherency of action among all levels of government and critical infrastructure sectors. The Strategy is to be read in conjunction with the Action Plan for Critical Infrastructure, which will be reviewed three years after launch and every five years thereafter. 10
