- 19 - 2. To congratulate the Government of Mexico on the work done to organize and hold the First Meeting of the Inter-American Committee on Culture. 3. To thank the Government of Mexico for its generous offer to host the Second Meeting of Ministers and High Authorities of Culture, scheduled to be held in August 2004. 4. To instruct the General Secretariat to continue, through the Unit for Social Development and Education and the Executive Secretariat for Integral Development, supporting the process for preparation and follow-up of meetings in the cultural sector. 5. To request the Inter-American Council for Integral Development to report to the General Assembly at its thirty-fifth regular session on the implementation of this resolution.
