The Data Security Law of the People’s Republic of China, adopted at the
29th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Thirteenth National People’s
Congress of the People’s Republic of China on June 10, 2021, is hereby
promulgated, and shall go into effect on September 1, 2021.
