2. A person that voluntarily reports about cyber incidents shall be imposed no obligations
in relation to the submission of a report.

on a common regulatory framework for electronic communications networks and services

amendments adopted by Directive 2009/140/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council
of 25 November 2009 (OJ 2009 L 337, p. 37).

2016 concerning measures for a high common level of security of network and information
