Each State Party shall adopt such legislative and other measures as are necessary to establish as an offence under its domestic law the infringement of copyright rights, as defined under the legislation of that State Party, when such acts are committed intentionally and with the use of ICT. Article 19. Aiding, preparation and attempt at committing an offence 1. Each State Party shall adopt such legislative and other measures as are necessary to establish as offences under its domestic law any form of participation, for example as an accomplice, aider or abettor, in the commission of an offence established as such by the provisions of this Convention. 2. Each State Party may adopt such legislative and other measures as may be necessary to establish as offences under its domestic law intentional actions of a person directly aimed at committing an offence, if the offence was not accomplished for reasons beyond this person's control. 3. Each State Party may adopt such legislative and other measures as may be necessary to establish as offences under its domestic law manufacturing or adaptation of means or instruments of offence by a person, finding accomplices, conspiring to commit an offence or any other intentional creation of conditions for the commission of an offence, if the offence was not accomplished for reasons beyond this person's control. Article 20. Corporate liability 1. Each State Party shall adopt such legislative and other legal measures as may be necessary to ensure that legal persons can be held liable for a criminal offence and other unlawful acts established in accordance with this Convention, committed for their benefit by any natural person, acting either individually or as part of an organ of the respective legal person, who has a leading position within it, based on: a) the powers of representation of the legal person;
