(a)
to seize an ICT device used to store information or secure it in
another way;
(b)
to make and retain copies of those computer data;
(c)
to maintain the integrity of the relevant stored computer data; and
(d)
to remove data in the ICT device stored or processed in the
electronic form.

Each State Party shall adopt such legislative and other measures as may
be necessary to empower its competent authorities to order, under the procedure
established by its domestic legislation, any person who has special knowledge
about the functioning of the corresponding information system, information and
telecommunication network or their parts or measures applied to protect the
information therein, to provide the necessary information and/or providing
assistance in undertaking measures, referred to in paragraphs 1 - 3 of this
Article.
5.
The powers and procedures referred to in this Article shall be established
in accordance with the provisions of Articles 21 and 22 of this Convention.
Article 27. Real-time collection of traffic technical parameters
1.
Each State Party shall adopt such legislative and other measures as may
be necessary to empower its competent authorities to:
(a)
collect or record, through the application of technical means, in the
territory of that State Party, technical parameters of the traffic transmitted with
the use of ICT; and
(b)
oblige service providers, within their existing technical capability:
-
to collect or record through the application of technical means on
the territory of that State Party technical parameters of the traffic; or
-
to cooperate with and assist the competent authorities of that State
Party in collecting or recording in real time technical parameters of the traffic
associated with specified information in the territory of that State Party.
