Subsidiary Legislation Any subsidiary legislation made under the Post and Telecommunications Decree 1989, insofar as it applies to the repealed provisions of that Decree , continues in force as if it were made under this Promulgation, until replaced by subsidiary legislation made under this Promul gation. 9. Precedence of certain provisions of this Schedule over other laws Sections 2 and 3 have effect notwithstanding— {a) {b) (c) any other provision of this Promulgation; any provision of the Fair Trading Decree 1992, the Commerce Act 1988 or any other legislation or regulation; or any principle of law with respect to competition or restraint of trade.
