Adds provisions on cybercrime in the Penal Code, including:
- Article 431-8: Fraudulous access to a computer system;
- Article 431-12: Unauthorized data interception;
- Article 431-32: Production, sales, importation, possession, distribution, offer, or giving up a software or any other devices for criminal acts;
- Article 431-61: Gathering of information, objects, documents, procedures, data or computerized files, the gathering of which threatens national defence by nature.
