Summary

The cyber dimension of national security must be strengthened, to achieve parity with Israel’s existing intelligence, aerial, and naval superiority;
Protection, collection and attack operations will be carried out in the cyber domain, and Israel must increase its readiness in this area;
A cyber arm of the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) shall be established to develop the nation’s cyber capabilities; -The IDF must be able to function even when under cyber attack;
A critical component of cyber security is developing cyber warfare capabilities in order to strengthen strategic and tactical deterrence.
