● ● Promoting inter-institutional collaboration and cooperation schemes in the area of cybersecurity Promoting collaboration and cooperation with the different stakeholders: civil society, private sector, technical and academic communities ENCS Implementation The Cybersecurity Subcommittee will establish the working groups for the development of each of the cross-cutting pillars, which will directly impact on the different strategic objectives. The working groups will integrate the efforts, actions and proposals of the different actors, according to their own capacities and attributions. Role of the Cybersecurity Subcommittee on National Security The Sub commission will be the formal link with the National Security Council, through the Specialized Committee on Information Security. The actions needed to comply with the national security strategic objective must be approved within the National Security Council, and its implementation will be the responsibility of the Special Committee on Information Security, in coordination with the Cybersecurity Subcommittee, in its jurisdiction.
