averting the occurrence of public danger or serving to prevent it,
4) interfering, preventing or otherwise affecting the automatic processing,
collecting or transmitting of data,
5) acting in another manner in especially dangerous circumstances
shall be subject to the penalty of the deprivation of liberty for a term of
between 6 months and 8 years.
§ 2. If the perpetrator acts unintentionally he
shall be subject to the penalty of deprivation of liberty for up to 3 years.
§ 3. If the consequence of the act specified in § 1 is the death of a person, or
grievous bodily harm to many persons, the perpetrator
shall be subject to the penalty of the deprivation of liberty for a term of
between 2 and 12 years.
§ 4. If the consequence of act specified in § 2 is the death of a person, or
grievous bodily harm to many persons, the perpetrator
shall be subject to the penalty of the deprivation of liberty for a term of
between 6 months and 8 years.
Article 166. § 1. Whoever, using a deceit or violence, or a threat to use such
violence, takes control of a ship or an aircraft,
shall be subject to the penalty of the deprivation of liberty for a term of
between 2 and 12 years.
§ 2. Whoever, acting in the manner specified in § 1, brings about a direct
danger to the life or health of many persons
shall be subject to the penalty of the deprivation of liberty for a minimum term
of 3 years.
§ 3. If the consequence of the act specified in § 2 is the death of a person, or
grievous bodily harm to many persons, the perpetrator
shall be subject to the penalty of the deprivation of liberty for a minimum term
of 5 years or the penalty of deprivation of liberty for 25 years.
Article 167. § 1. Whoever places on a ship or aircraft a device or substance
threatening the safety of persons or a property of high value
shall be subject to the penalty of the deprivation of liberty for a term of
between 3 months and 5 years.
