2) collapse of a structure, flooding, rock or landslide or snow avalanche, 3) blast of explosives or flammable materials or any other form of a violent release of energy, or poisonous, suffocating or burning substances, 4) violent release of nuclear energy or of ionising radiation shall be subject to the penalty of the deprivation of liberty for a term of between 1 and 10 years. § 2. If the perpetrator acts unintentionally he shall be subject to the penalty of the deprivation of liberty for a term of between 3 months and 5 years. § 3. If the consequence of the act specified in § 1 is the death of a human being or the grievous bodily harm of many persons, the perpetrator shall be subject to the penalty of the deprivation of liberty for a term of between 2 years and 12 years. § 4. If the consequence of the act specified in § 2 is the death of a human being or the grievous bodily harm of many persons, the perpetrator shall be subject to the penalty of the deprivation of liberty for a term of between 6 months and 8 years. Article 164. § 1. Whoever causes the immediate possibility of an event mentioned in Article 163 § 1, shall be subject to the penalty of the deprivation of liberty for a term of between 6 months and 8 years. § 2. If the perpetrator acts unintentionally he shall be subject to the penalty of deprivation of liberty for up to 3 years. Article 165. § 1. Whoever causes danger to the life or health of many persons or property of a considerable value by: 1) causing an epidemiological hazard or spread of a contagious disease or an animal or plant disease (pest), 2) producing or marketing substances, foodstuffs or other commonly used goods harmful to health or pharmaceutical preparations which do not conform to binding quality standards, 3) causing damage to or preventing the operations of a public service equipment, in particular the equipment supplying water, light, heat or energy or equipment 16
